PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

This role is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficiency of the finance team by optimizing organization and to secure the execution of the plan to deliver expected short and mid-term results. She/he is responsible for overall financial matters within the region including oversee accounting quality, financial reports and deliverables, ensure compliance, profitability analysis and business partner support. She/he will work closely to support China FD and business label heads in strong alignment with finance director to deliver the update of the financial results, margin, overhead and cash flow analysis, forecast and any other related ad hoc projects.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Own FP&A process for revenue target setting, margin and cost control etc., liaison with Finance department and label heads to provide support as key business partner including but not limited to result delivery, flag risk or target potential opportunities, organize discussion to better control the achievement. 

• Work with team to make sure accurate and timely deliveries for all corporate requirements, including monthly closing, rolling forecast, mid-term/year-end review and annual budget cycle. Own the process and able to present the results to management team as finance rep.

• Key role in month/year end closing. Work closely with onshore and offshore team to ensure the accuracy & timeliness of accounting process. Manage offshore team to work with onshore SSC finance team on reporting and month-end closing as the dedicated finance contact and streamline the plan/ process to fit in the business development in China.

• Facilitate with contract review, project P&L review and provide finance feedback/ suggestion to business team, provide tax advice to various business partners.

• Review existing financial template and process for closing or management reporting and improve efficiency. Build up ownership and accountability of financial related process and enquiries.

• Evaluate and drive process improvement and consistency as appropriate. Work closely with business team and accounting team to perform financial requests. Strive for results.

• Supervise statutory audit, annual tax filing, TP documents and make sure all the adjustment entries are booked properly to comply with the statutory requirements. 

• Monitor internal control process to ensure compliance with global requirements, work with finance team for internal control testing.

• Provide leadership, build, maintain and develop Finance team.
